Job Description: As a Steel B2B Sales Agent, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the steel industry. Your expertise in sales will be key to expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities in the steel sector. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience as a B2B sales representative, preferably in the steel industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Preferably female. Work Set-up: Flexible to work onsite. Our office is located at 8th Flr., Gagfa Tower, Kasambagan St., Mabolo, Cebu City Flexible to work at night. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday (fixed sat-sun off)
