Biomed Technician Specialist

As a Biomedical Equipment Service Specialist, he/she is tasked to fulfill the following:

• Competence and Initiative
• Research and identify solutions to biomedical equipment including software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to installed equipment and/or equipment offered with service contract.
• Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• Plan and anticipate possible itinerary and its outcomes ahead of time.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Good Customer Relationship and After-Sales Service
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure equipment are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
