Job Description - BPO Operations Manager

  • Candidate must be a college graduate of any course.
  • Candidate must have at least 3+ years relevant experience as an Operations Manager in a Call Center/BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting targets (client SLAs and Team KPIs).
  • Experience supporting a Sales Account is required.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Job Requirements:

  • As a BPO Operations Manager, you are responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will be the contact point for all team members, act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
