RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Associate is responsible in overseeing any aspect of marketing related to the Metro Brand and ensuring that all branding decisions result to stronger sales.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Sales Continuous coordination with the assigned Sales Account Executive to deliver the following:
- Cater to branded Execution inquiries
- Ensure that New TOs, projects and timelines are in place
- Filing of TO, PQ, Insertion Order
- Track implementation of projects
- Creation of production cost
- Request to publish PR materials from clients/event invitations
Continuous coordination with the assigned Sales Strategist to ensure delivery the following:
- Creation of Sales Packages
- Barter or Ex-Deal Valuations
Business Review Report - Formulation and presentation of the bi-weekly business review
- Sales and Revenue
- Social Media Performance (Facebook, Instagram, X, Twitter, Youtube )
- Website Performance
- Management of the Revenue Tracker
Finance - Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Target
- Licensing
- Manage use of Metro's Logos, photos, videos
Deck Creation - Update credentials- channel subs - from head of Channel Distribution | websites from Amplitude | Socials numbers from Crowdtangle
- Roadshow decks
- Sales requests
Direct accounts - CPI presentation to the Head of CPI
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications . Graduate of Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing or other relevant field or equivalent education and experience
. With exceptional project management skills and can organize and execute multiple projects under tight deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, able to relate well with people from all levels, flexible, thrives under pressure
