Job Description - Corporate Sales Manager

URGENT HIRING!!

We are looking for Corporate Sales Manager
  • Education level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Age: 30-45 years old (Male or Female)
  • Contract Duration: Project Based
  • Working Time Schedule: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 1 day WFH
  • Working Location: Cubao, Quezon City
  • Additional benefits, If any: Leave credits, HMO, Rice Allowance, Company Uniform, Employee Discount
  • Internal hiring process (steps and timetable): Initial Interview & Final Interview
  • Interview Process (Virtual or Face to Face): Both
  • Salary Range(Min.-Max.):30-35K
Job Profile: - Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He / she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Create quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
  • Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
  • In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account - Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.
  • Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.
