Job Description - Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Customer Sales Representative to join our dental clinic. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our dental services and products, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the dental industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote dental services and products to new and existing clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and presentations.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our dental services, procedures, and products to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention, addressing their needs and concerns, and following up on inquiries and feedback.
  4. Collaborate with dental professionals and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts with clinic operations.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts using CRM software.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management, reporting on progress regularly and proposing strategies for improvement.
  8. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  6. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  8. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
