Wyro Digital Media, DBA Wyro, is a BPO company located in Santo Tomas. We provide both onshore and offshore omnichannel services to our clients. Our call center handles inbound and outbound calls, catering to all types of lines of business. We specialize in lead generation and data entry; appointment setting and sales; back-office research support, remote services, digital services SEO, and SMM.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, including lead generation, appointment setting, and sales. You will also provide back-office research support and digital services such as SEO and SMM. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, promote our clients' businesses, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and sales
  • Proficiency in data entry and research
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SMM
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
