We're looking for a superstar Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! As the go-to for inquiries and concerns, you'll be the hero ensuring customer satisfaction. Your skills will extend beyond service, though. You'll also be a logistics whiz, booking shipments and collaborating seamlessly across departments.
Here's a taste of what you'll conquer
(Duties and Responsibilities):
- Be the friendly voice (or email!) resolving customer issues (Resolve customer inquiries and concerns)
- Mastermind smooth shipping by booking with our partners (Booked shipments to shipping companies and truck operators)
- Build strong relationships with customers and shipping companies (Securing a good relationship with our partner shipping companies and truck operators for future transactions)
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Accounting to keep things running (Collaboration with Operations and Marketing, Accounting Department)
- Provide accurate updates to customers (Responsible for providing accurate updates to customers)
- Assist with placement of payment to a particular service provider (Assists with placement of payment to a particular service provider)
- Process payment for particular suppliers (Process payment for particular suppliers)
- Provide and update vessel schedule/status to customer (Provide and update vessel schedule/status to customer)
- Monitor truck movements (Monitoring truck movements)
- Send pre-alert and provide updated slot rate to our principal (Send pre-alert and provide updated slot rate to our principal)
- (Optional) Telemarketing (Telemarketing)
(Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) (Above average communication skills)
- A knack for multitasking and staying on top of things (Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively)
- A college degree and a customer-centric mindset (Bachelor's degree holder, Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters)
- Bonus points for telemarketing experience
- Open for Fresh graduates
