Director of Revenue and Sales

Position: Revenue and Sales Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective revenue strategies to enhance the hotel's performance.
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Foster relationships with corporate clients and high-end travellers.
• Manage and monitor sales and marketing operations performance.

Qualifications:

• Current revenue management experience and a solid sales background within hotels.
• Relevant Southeast Asian experiences, particularly in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
