Job Description - Director of Sales

HOTEL
To manage (PLOC) the technical work of drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, and estimating sales responsible for managing all sales operations.
Responsible for the promotion and sales of all products of the hotel, including but not limited to room sales

  • Develop sales plans and ensure that all team members maintain and develop customers in the area or industry they are responsible for according to the plan, understanding customer needs through telephone sales, sales call and other forms, achieving sales.
  • Evaluates and drives the hotel’s participation in the various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Center, electronic lead channels, etc.
  • Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
  • Leads on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
  • Updating and owning the sales strategy & sales plan with the General Manager.
  • Attending and contributing to the monthly sales strategy meeting
  • Provide regular training to employees to ensure that the team is familiar with hotel products and processes, able to efficiently explore customer needs and provide professional customized services.
  • Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication between the Sales team and the hotel Operations team, assisting the Banquet Sales department or Operations department in following-up on events during the banquet or meeting.
  • Make every employee in the Sales department aware of his / her responsibilities, goals and achievements, and evaluate employees twice a year.
  • Maintaining zero complaints from booker.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
