Description:
. Recruit, develop and maintain at all times a successful team of 6-7 medical sales
representatives.
. Deliver 100% of the monthly and periodic assigned team sales objectives.
. Train, coach and motivate team members to perform effectively the day-to-day tasks and
responsibilities within the corporate guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
. In charge for inputs to the Sales Senior Business Managers as well as the management
for strategic business and promotional plans for current and future services.
. Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising Hospital Sales
Representatives/Specialists.
. Evaluate and identify improvement and development opportunities for the team.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
. Set and maintain competent product knowledge and selling skills standards within the
team.
Qualifications:
. 3-5 years solid experience as a Team Manager
. Proven competency to lead a team of 6-7 medical sales representatives achieving the
assigned monthly and annual sales objectives.
. Bachelor's Degree
. Minimum of 1year work experience
. Proficient in MS Office
. Strong Negotiation Skills
. Effective communication skills
. Exceptional customer service skills
. Persuasive and resilient
