Job Description - F and B SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, previously approved by HQ
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with customers and/or distributor
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Analyze sales results and forecasts on monthly basis
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board


Requirements:

  • Experience in managing group dynamics
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude Resident person
  • Preferred candidates are who come from the business (Food and Beverage Industry, Kitchen Equipment, air conditioning)
  • have experience in Food and Beverage
