Job Description - Facilities Management Technical Sales Manager

Facilities Management Technical Sales Manager

Forsspac MBR Corp is looking for a Facility Management Technical (FMT) Sales Manager to develop the FMT sales services and make sales of FMT Services for all kinds of building, commercial, industrial and infrastructure facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your talents to the fore and develop this and potentially other service lines of the Company.

You will be responsible for developing the FMT sales and marketing strategies, creating and monitoring budgets, and seeking out new opportunities for growth. Additionally, the FMT Sales Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of services.

This position is vacant and available for an immediate start for the right person who works proactively, with enthusiasm, taking responsibility for the outcome and with the will to achieve the plan. 

Key Results Areas:

  • Develop sales strategies to start and grow the FMT services.
  • Develop the FMT sales services objectives and targets
  • Develop sales material, catalogue and costing for different FMT services offered.
  • Identify potential new clients and making sales presentations.
  • Negotiating and closing out contracts with clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database on a CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, forecasts and pipeline.
  • Assist with invoicing, monitoring of payments and collections related to FMT services

Job Knowledge:

  • Experienced in sales and marketing of technical services.
  • Candidates with an existing Client base preferred
  • Ability to develop technical service sector collaterals including presentations, online marketing etc.. 
  • General company administration procedures
  • Familiarity with CRM / BCI / Hubspot software.

This is an office / mixed work position. Willing to work in Makati City and to visit Clients within the NCR, North to South bound and beyond as needed to generate sales and transactions.
