Field Sales Manager

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related course is preferable.
• With 5-10 years of proven work experience in Automotive, Hardware, Trucking, Logistics, or other similar field.
• Open to work from Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to travel and do field works across regions within Mindanao.
• Residing within any city and municipality of Davao region.
• Amenable to report in the Head office (Quezon City) and Warehouse (Manila) upon request of the Sales Director and/or Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fostering strong support system and active coaching towards sales team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Planning and implementing effective sales strategies to reach or exceeds sales target.
• Research, observe, and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to generate useful sales forecasts.
• Identify business opportunities and potential clients.
• Facilitate training sessions for new and existing sales team members.
• Assessing performance of covered sales agents using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to measure success and downsides.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers, which includes ensuring customer's product satisfaction.
• Supervise daily sales operations within the assigned work areas and submit sales reports regularly.
• Provision of regular sales updates to National Sales Director.
• Perform other duties assigned.
