Finance Manager

The Financial Manager is tasked with providing financial and analytical support to assigned business units of the RAMCAR group. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial and operational data to various stakeholders to facilitate management decisions and help generate business insights.

Throughout your work, you will be expected to develop a multi-disciplinary approach in your analysis and/or problem-solving through exposure to various parts of the business, such as Food & Battery Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Financial Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and others. A strong interest and knowledge in finance and excellent quantitative ability is essential to help achieve operational efficiencies, cost savings, and other strategic projects and milestones set by senior management. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and present the monthly financial performance (P&L, BS, CF)
• Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly analysis and reports.
• Prepare and maintain long-term financial models, which includes sales and expense forecasting, capex projections, and debt planning.
• Participate in senior management calls that discuss group-wide strategies and/or business unit-specific updates/directions and incorporate them into models and projections as appropriate.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics of a specific business unit.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and special project work as requested.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, preferably with Latin Honors. 
• Minimum with 5 years work experience, with strong background in Accounting & Finance
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Financial Modelling
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• ability to work well under pressure and adapt to new  situations and information
• ability to absorb and interpret complex data and simplify for presentation to stakeholders - ability to coordinate with different business units to source and consolidate relevant data
