Your Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications

• High school graduate (old curriculum) or ALS graduate.
• One year of BPO experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
