Job Description - Implementation & Onboarding Specialist

Deliver world-class support and assistance to new customers
. Project mange the onboarding process for the Customer Success Organization (CSO)
. Teach the basics of the Adlumin platform to new customers Demonstrate Adlumin support
processes
. Manage user accounts, including account creation, permission assignment, and password
resets.
. Set up integrations for customer data from their environment to the Adlumin platform
. Ensure customers know how to navigate Adlumin university and understand where release
information documentation
. Educate customers on the Marketing cadence and campaigns
Escalate incidents that require further support according to service level agreements (SLAs).
. Document all communication and maintain an accurate record of triage actions within our
issue management system.
. Effectively prioritize customer issues, identifying and escalating critical matters as necessary.
. Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Engineering, Pre/Post Sales
Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional support.
