Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be part of an internal role supporting the sales team and coordinating F2F representation and sampling requirements where necessary to ensure all potential leads are converted to specifications effectively.
  • ● Find & research potential leads (projects & specifier contacts) gained through available avenues, such as construction reports, BCI, Estimate One, sample requests and other sources.
  • ● Qualify and advance sales opportunities through the sales process and convert into specifications for our products, using phone, email and whatever communication means are necessary.
  • ● Execute timely and forensic follow-up of existing leads and opportunities to progress them to specification and sales.
  • ● Identify major specifier contacts or accounts (e.g. Interior Design firms / Property developers) and build and nurture productive relationships in order to secure on-going specifications.
  • ● Utilise the CRM fully and thoroughly to record and manage all sales activity, customer interactions and reporting.
  • ● Coordinate and work with the sales team on booking F2F meetings, sampling and other requirements for progressing opportunities for specifications and sales.
  • ● Communicate with stakeholders in verbal and written form using appropriate professional business language.
  • ● Provide ideas and suggestions for driving continuous improvement in our sales team effectiveness, efficiency, and capability.
  • ● Participate in telemarketing or phone prospecting campaigns as and when required.
  • ● Undertake regular product training and skills development.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
  • ● Prospecting calls per week – To be determined by team target.
  • ● Sales opportunities qualified and/or specifications gained per month.
  • ● F2F meetings booked and/or samples organised per month.
  • ● Proper and thorough record keeping in CRM as a momentary way of working.
Qualifications
  • ● 2+ years of experience working in a sales or sales support role.
  • ● Excellent relationship building skills, comfortable and confident in dealing with people.
  • ● Effective time & task management
  • ● Excellent skills in prospecting, discovery, questioning and identifying opportunities.
  • ● Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
  • ● High perseverance, grit and attention to detail in accomplishing tasks & achieving targets.
  • ● Good creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
