Job Description - IT Sales Support / Procurement

Salary: Php 70,000 to Php 85,000
Work Shift: Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Input inbound customer orders with Vendors and keep sales team and tech team informed of delivery and status.
Coordinate real-time order fulfillment.
Prepare invoices for customers while addressing issues with any inaccuracies.
Coordinate with onsite team to update inventory data and ensure system accuracy.
License Reconciliation: - Perform Scheduled Audits of client user and devices to ensure it is up to date with our billing data
Light documentation cleanup in our documentation platform IT Glue.
Other clerical and/or administrative duties as assigned

Demonstrate critical thinking to identify potential solutions or new approaches for current operating procedures
Team-player with ability to communicate information in a straightforward manner and resolve conflicts, but with an attitude of exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications:
IT distributor experience
Experience writing quotes, following up orders etc
Basic MS application skills excel, word, outlook
Clerical / Administrative Skills
