Igniting Your Impact: Key Duties

• Understand and support the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams
  
• Focus on Broadcast Order Entry for Account Executives from over 150 markets across the US
  
• Interpret multiple types of insertion order instructions to enter necessary data into order entry system
  
• Communicate with other Sales Success Team members to ensure accuracy of order entry data, ensuring a seamless process towards order booking
  
• Communicate with Account Executives when necessary to provide clarity on incomplete instructions or insertion order ambiguity
  
• Respond to Account Executives to answer input queries or correct input errors.
