Position: Key Accounts Manager (Sales)

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of identifying client needs and driving revenue growth. The Key Accounts Manager will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts

• Identify new potential clients, new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the client base

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any client issues

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights

• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a key accounts management role

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to visit sites as needed

• Strictly Pampanga Based
