JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the leading English Centers and organization in the Philippines, Japan and big countries is currently hiring for Korean and Japanese Sales and Admin Coordinator. We need someone who can work in Cebu and be in Sales and marketing department to increase the overall Sales of the company. This is An English School providing English classes to Korean professionals and students who would like to enhance their English fluency in the Philippines.


Position: Korean and Japanese Speaking Sales and Admin Coordinator
Nature of Job: Admin, Marketing and Sales
Industry: English School
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift and morning shift
Location: Cebu or TokyoRequirements for the job:
• Korean National who can speak Japanese (Basic to conversational)
• Korean National who can speak conversational English and Japanese
• No work experience required
• Open to candidate located outside the Philippines
• Open to candidate who is high school and college graduate (no degree required)
• No JLPT license required
• No experience required
• Having experience studying in English Camp, Center is an advantage but never required
• Having work experience in English School Agency is also an advantage but never required
• Must be willing to work either in Cebu or in Japan (business trips and training)
• Must be willing to coordinate with people as Korean Japanese Marketing staff


What is the responsibility of the job:
• Market the English school to Korean schools, universities and organizations in Korea
• Explain the benefits of studying English in the Philippines to the business partners
• Attend meeting with Business partners to attract students to study English in the Philippines
• Coordinate with Korean School or tutorial Managers to discuss proposals
• Create programs and sales strategy to attract Koreans to study English abroad.
• Create proposals for partners to get Korean students
• Prepare goal achievement and sales strategy to hit the monthly targets of the team
• Report to the Japanese Management (if can speak Japanese)
