- Experience gained from Retail, Food (QSR), Hospitality, Shopping Center or Real Estate Development Industry
- Proficient in lease contract management, Tenant Relations, Communications, Planning and Site Visits
- Professional Skills in business communications and negotiations
- Adept inTenant and Leasing Development measures (Foot Traffic, Area Square Meter, City Income Class, Market Scanning, etc.)
- Monitoring Lease Occupancy, Lease Revenue
Job Summary
- Expansion by sourcing and acquiring potential Tenants in accordance with the Business Unit requirements
- Propose and conducts trade area, site mapping activities, and sourcing New Tenants and Concepts
- Inviting and Negotiating with Tenants
- Visiting the Stores to get Customer and Mall Feedback
- Ensures sustainability of new Tenants based on sales projections
- Documents Site negotiation history, contracts and prepares acquisition report
