Leasing Manager

• Experience gained from Retail, Food (QSR), Hospitality, Shopping Center or Real Estate Development Industry
• Proficient in lease contract management, Tenant Relations, Communications, Planning and Site Visits
• Professional Skills in business communications and negotiations
• Adept inTenant and Leasing Development measures (Foot Traffic, Area Square Meter, City Income Class, Market Scanning, etc.)
• Monitoring Lease Occupancy, Lease Revenue 

Job Summary

• Expansion by sourcing and acquiring potential Tenants in accordance with the Business Unit requirements
• Propose and conducts trade area, site mapping activities, and sourcing New Tenants and Concepts
• Inviting and Negotiating with Tenants
• Visiting the Stores to get Customer and Mall Feedback
• Ensures sustainability of new Tenants based on sales projections
• Documents Site negotiation history, contracts and prepares acquisition report
