Job Responsibilities:1. Assist in all the Marketing Specialist’s (Sales Associate) duties and responsibilities including, but not
limited to:a) Preparation and execution of the Sales Strategic Plan;b) Promotion and sales of the company’s products and services;c) Coordination with operations in serving the clients’ concerns, needs and requests.d) Develop and maintain relationships with AEs and SAEs
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of the Sales Strategic Plan;3. Assist in determining and validating forecast demand for credit information per market segment 4. Assist in the preparation of the annual, quarterly, and monthly departmental budget 5. Assist in keeping statistics and analysis of customer complaints in coordination with the Data Quality
Controllers, and ensure prompt actions are taken to reduce or eliminate the recurrence of complaints.6. Engage and maintain relationships with different financial institutions 7. Categorize, identify, and build rapport with contact persons per institution, and constantly build and
update the list of contacts8. Determine and validate forecast demand for credit information per market segment 9. Reply to Helpdesk queries from AEs, SEs, and PAEs and coordinate their concerns with the appropriate
units within the CIC10. To report directly to the Senior Vice President
