Job Description - Oncology Sales Specialist

Oncology Sales Specialist ( Meeting Medical Oncologist Doctors )

We are currently looking for an experienced candidates who are meeting Medical Oncologist Doctors in their current employment. Prior 5 - 10 years of sales experience in Diagnostics / Pharma / Healthcare Segment with focus to Oncology Segment is a must. The Selected candidate will be expected to sell multiple technologies Genetic Tests like CTC, NGS based, AI / ML etc. (Maximum Age Limit Targeted: Upto 40 Years Maximum) Role

Responsibilities: Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan. Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching. Explain and facilitate adoption of the companys tests by the Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.

Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts. Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. Self-driven and motivated professional.

Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Oncology, Cancer Genomics, NGS, Genetic Tests, Good Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Field Traveling, Flexible, Team Player, Sincere, Dedicated.

Min. 5 - 10 years of Sales experience in the Oncology Segment is a must. (For Mumbai, we are OK with 3-5 years of prior expeirence.

No bar on academics, however, someone having science academic background would be given first preference over others.
