Outbound Sales Associate

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR  SALES TEAM?

Master our service offering, set up appointments and conduct sales meetings.

Skills Required

• Proven  experience as a telemarketer  or similar sales/customer service role

• Proven track record  of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone

• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal & written English

• Skilled in negotiation

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Daily Workload

• Cold call people using our CRM to sell our products and services

• Answer incoming calls and  conduct client meetings via Zoom or in office .

• Use scripts to  provide information about product’s features, prices etc . and present their benefits

• Ask pertinent questions to  understand the customer’s requirements .

• Persuade the customer to buy by  demonstrating how our merchandise or services meet their needs

• Record the customer’s personal  information accurately in a computer system

• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Update our company records when you make or receive a phone call with the call details.

COMPENSATION PLAN:

₱20,000.00 pesos / Month STARTING WITH REGULAR APPRAISALS + (BONUSES & COMMISSIONS)
