Job Description - Outbound Sales Representative

Job Description

• The Outbound Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to look for potential clients and build his/her own portfolio by conducting outbound activities. He/she has to provide fast, friendly service by assessing the customer’s needs and providing assistance to clients.
• The Outbound Sales Representative has an emphasis on product knowledge, providing significant information to clients. This position works in cooperation with the Department Manager and other associates in the department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling sales calls; email inquiries in a professional manner.
• Responsible for increasing the number of new accounts.
• Responsible for meeting sales targets.
• Responsible for conducting cold calls and disseminating product information to potential clients.
• Listening to customers’ needs; making product recommendations.
• Communicating clear and concise product information to customers.
• Maintain a high standard level of relationship with the client and grow his/her portfolio through referrals.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform Adhoc Tasks as needed by the Campaign.
• Account Management - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and ensure customer details are updated accurately.

Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience handling Sales Account is required.
• Experience in handling Electricity and Gas accounts is an advantage but not required.
• Professional, Enthusiastic, and Customer Service Oriented.
• Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone presentation.
• Must be amenable to work on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to work onsite in Muñoz, Quezon City.
