Parttime Sales Associate

Here at Amady Manila, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries through our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram);
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences;
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability;
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business;
• Gives guidance and advice to customers regarding packages and other service concerns;
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities;
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or other related courses;
• Adept understanding of sales principles and client relations;
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment;
• Previous online selling or retail sales experience is preferred but not required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent customer service and good interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed;
• Familiarity with events, especially weddings and other once-in-a-lifetime events;

Note: This is not a full-time job. This is commission-based.

Schedule:

a) Weekdays (Mon-Fri) - 7 PM to 6 AM

b) Weekends (Sat-Sun) - 9 AM to 7 PM
