Philanthropy and Partnerships Officer

'- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with potential corporate partners and high net worth individuals (HNIs) in their coverage areas, and convert the same as donors for the organization

• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with the local government units within their areas of coverage, for policy and funding of the organization's core programs
• Craft partnership proposals to convert prospective corporate and HNI donors
• Implement various activities to encourage more donors to support the programs of the organization
• Coordinate with the base program location (Children’s Village) and the Program Development Department to identify and communicate with current and potential donors particular funding requirements
• Prepare various materials to properly communicate to potential partners the particular needs of the organization’s programs
• Participate in formulation and execution of various fund development strategies'

Qualifications: '- At least 1-2 years' experience in corporate sales, fund development, and entrepreneurship, in various fields

• Has established relations with potential corporate and HNI partners, as well as government stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Must be able to hit fund generation targets
• Must be willing to travel extensively, even on weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable working with global representatives of organizations
• Must be nimble and open to be assigned different roles'
