About the Role

We have partnered with a company with a young and passionate organization dedicated to delivering an efficient and unrivaled service across the globe. What youll be working on:

• Liaise with overseas agents and customers in providing quotations for both import and export
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines and Australian transport companies for rate procurement
• Maintain Pricing Tariffs
• Maintain Agent Contact Listing
• Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs
• Provide assistance to Sales and Bookings Team as required
• Liaise with customers via both in and outbound calls for pre-sales and post-sales enquiries as required, including the recommendation of services, following up of quotations, and taking orders

What were looking for:

• Minimum 1 year experience working for Freight forwarding/logistics or supply chain firms is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales / customer service environment
• Proven conflict management and decision-making abilities
• Experience using HubSpot would be beneficial
• Experience working with international clients is a plus!
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team
