Monday to Friday 5hrs / day 10:30am - 3:30pm AEST // 7:30am - 12:30pm Manila Time

As our Sales Appointment Setter, you will be on the front lines of our company's growth, scheduling meetings between our industry experts and Victorian business owners to discuss our energy savings solutions. You'll be speaking to decision makers across industries, answering their questions, overcoming objections, and persuading them to meet with our team. Successful candidates will have a warm, helpful phone demeanor and be organized closers who consistently hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Call 30-40 Victorian businesses per day to schedule 30-45 minute in-person sales meetings
  
• Explain our various energy efficiency solutions like solar panels and upgraded appliances
  
• Answer prospects' questions knowledgeably and helpfully
  
• Persuasively overcoming objections to successfully schedule sales meetings
  
• Accurately track meeting details and prospect information in our CRM
  
• Hit weekly targets for calls made and meetings set
  

The performance KPIs are

1. 3 appointments per shift. Shift is 5hrs/day with 15mins paid break

2. >=95% Adherence to schedule

3. >=80% call quality score

Requirements

• 1+ years experience successfully setting B2B sales appointments
  
• Friendly, warm, and persuasive phone manner
  
• Organized and detail-oriented
  
• Motivated self-starter able to work remotely
  
• Passionate about renewable energy and business sustainability
