The Sales and Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in propelling the expansion and success of the BPO company. The position involves the identification and acquisition of new clients in the United States and international markets. As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of robust sales and business development strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients in the US and international markets who would benefit from our offshoring services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads. Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. 2. Solution Selling and Customization: Gain an in-depth understanding of the unique needs and challenges of clients’ businesses. Develop customized offshoring solutions tailored to align with clients’ strategic objectives. 3. Proposal Development and Persuasion: Assist in the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our services, value proposition, and cost-saving benefits, ensuring a client-centric approach. 4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, skillfully handle objections, and consistently achieve or surpass sales targets. 5. Market Research and Global Expansion: Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Explore opportunities to expand our services into new international markets. Lead the development and execution of strategies for international expansion. 6. Team Collaboration: Effectively manage the sales team and collaborate with various departments to guarantee seamless service delivery to clients. Oversee and ensure successful project implementation. 7. Performance Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to track progress and offer insights for strategic decision-making. Qualifications:
