Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, and relationship building. This role requires a proactive and driven individual with exceptional communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets - Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches - Represent Plentina at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities - Track and report on sales performance and progress towards goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales roles - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Driven and motivated individual with a growth mindset - Leadership qualities and ability to influence others - Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
