Job Description - CRM Specialist -

​LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES, PERMANENT WORK-FROM-HOME OPPORTUNITY!!

Position: CRM Specialist (GoHighLevel CRM)

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (CST) | 10 PM - 6 AM (Philippine Time)
Salary Range: USD 1000- USD 1700 per month

ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company is a software-as-a-service (SAAS) enterprise dedicated to aiding service-oriented businesses in expanding their operations. Our services include conducting website assessments and revamping them for enhanced conversion rates, optimizing SEO, refining Google Maps presence, managing paid search campaigns (including Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Social Ads, and Retargeting), implementing market automation and lead conversion strategies, reactivating dormant databases, and providing comprehensive tracking and ROI reporting.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The client is in search of a meticulous and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to oversee our GoHighLevel CRM operations and spearhead our advertising endeavors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proficient grasp of GoHighLevel functionalities, particularly in sub-account creation, coupled with expertise in crafting, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns. This role necessitates a harmonious blend of technical prowess, creative marketing acumen, and analytical acuity to fortify our online presence and drive lead-generation efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

GoHighLevel Management:

  • Set up and administer GoHighLevel accounts, encompassing the creation of sub-accounts tailored to distinct business segments.
  • Configure and uphold CRM integrations, workflows, automation, and funnels to streamline marketing and sales processes.
  • Monitor account health, conduct routine audits, and refine setup for enhanced performance and user satisfaction.

Paid Ads Advertising:

  • Formulate and execute advertising campaigns aligned with our business objectives, targeting pertinent audiences to foster lead generation and conversions.
  • Craft compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy that resonates with our target demographic.
  • Manage ad budgets, bids, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor and assess the performance of both GoHighLevel activities and ad campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to steer decision-making.
  • Generate periodic reports on campaign outcomes, furnishing insights and recommendations for refining future strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to synchronize GoHighLevel management and advertising strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Offer input and recommendations for enhancing marketing and sales processes through adept utilization of technology.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing GoHighLevel CRM and creating sub-accounts.
  • Robust background in paid ads advertising, spanning campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and informed decision-making to enhance campaign efficacy.
  • Creative flair for designing ad creatives and crafting captivating ad copy.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive demeanor with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A tech-savvy background is imperative, with extensive experience in GoHighLevel.
  • Experience with Zappy Chat is highly desirable (though not mandatory).

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 50mbps internet speed
  • Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
