Our client are a global leader in measurement instrumentation, automation technology, services and solutions for industrial process engineering and laboratory applications.
Headquartered in Europe, they have a global workforce of around 16,000 represented in more than 100 countries via a combination of both in-country operations and representative presence.
They have had a presence in the Philippines since 2004, established a fully functioning entity in 2020, and are now 16 members of staff in their BGC operation.
Having grown both the Philippine sales and project teams, the company have recognized the need to establish a 2 nd line of management, hence the creation of this new role in the company.
The Head of Sales, which will report directly the Philippines Country Manager (who is based in Manila), will be a brand ambassador for the organisation, and will lead their team by setting an example, in line with the spirit and brand values of the organisation, namely excellence, commitment, friendliness, and sustainability.
Applicants will need to come with seasoned sales experience and a strong technical background, ideally someone with previous experience in technical selling in the Philippine market.
You will be very much at ease working with autonomy, have previous experience working for a multi-national company based in the Philippines, and have first rate people leadership skills, someone with a passion for growing/driving teams towards high performance, someone who leads by example and inspires their team to follow suit.
