Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Business Development Associate in our Makati office. As an entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through online channels such as social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. 2. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies to drive online sales. 3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of online business development efforts. 5. Assist in the creation of online marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers. 6. Manage relationships with online partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations. 7. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in online business development or a similar role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Resilient and dedicated attitude towards achieving business objectives. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools such as Google Analytics.
