Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)

We are seeking for a driven and experienced Outbound Sales Specialist/Lead Teleprospector to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects to schedule appointments for our sales and marketing team. The primary focus will be facilitating initial engagements to drive the sales process forward. This is a 3- month project term with potential to transition to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. 

This role supports our Global operations and can be performed from anywhere in the Philippines - with the occasional office drop-in. Before and after current COVID restrictions, Unient supports predominately remote working arrangements for reliable professionals. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to introduce our staff augmentation services and schedule appointments for the sales and marketing team. 
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to identify their staffing needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Gather relevant information and insights during prospect interactions to inform the sales and marketing team’s approach and follow -up strategies. 
  • Qualify prospects based on their fit with our services, budget, timeline, and other criteria to ensure alignment with our offerings.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and appointments. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities including calls, emails, and meetings in the system. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management. 

KEY COMPETENCIES: 

  • Proven track record in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in the B2B or outsourcing or offshoring industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target driven environment. 
  • Proficiency in using the CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities and generate reports. 
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle objections, rejections, and challenges in a professional manner. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field in required. 
  • Has minimum of five plus (5+) years in similar field.
  • Prior experience in outsourcing or offshoring services.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to accommodate rotating shifts.
