Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospects and leads  through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails. Engage with them by delivering compelling product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Close sales: Â Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers and guide them through the sales process to achieve monthly conversion-to-trial targets.
- Onboard new customers: Â Guide new users seamlessly through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to their first payroll.
- Active base management: Â Become an expert in our product and target customer base, effectively increasing user activation rates.
- Maintain accurate records: Â Document all customer interactions, and sales activities, and update the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and effective sales pipeline management.
- Train and mentor customer support teams  on effective sales and onboarding strategies.
- Take ownership of your role , driving initiatives forward and leading by example within the team.
Requirements:
- Fluent/native English speaker with proven sales experience.
- Works on US time zone
- Prior experience working with US payroll software is a must.
- Knowledge of US small business taxation is highly valued.
- Strong sales experience via different channels (phone, chat, email)
- Target-driven mindset with the ambition to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Capacity to handle rejection and continue pursuing sales with a positive attitude.
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and contribute to company goals.
- Tech-savvy, able to quickly grasp and explain complex software functionalities.
