Job Description - Sales / Business Development Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales / Business Development Representative at YoYoFuMedia. As a Sales / Business Development Representative, your day-to-day tasks will involve inside sales, lead generation, communication with potential clients, sales activities, and business development. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery, prospecting, and strategy sessions to identify potential clients.
  • Develop and close new business, including the creation of agreements.
  • Manage and follow up on leads in the sales pipeline, utilizing CRMs for effective pipeline management.
  • Design and execute successful sales campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Personally generate new leads through prospecting efforts and thoroughly qualify opportunities.
  • Track metrics and closing rates using CRM tools and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • C2 level English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales - cold calling small businesses in the US
  • Worked in the BPO or VA industry
  • Familiarity with CRMs and experience in creating pipelines through outbound strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
