Job Description - Sales Operations Manager

Your Impact:
As the Sales Operations Manager at Edge Tutor International, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives and fostering lasting partnerships. Your strategic client engagement and focus on sales optimization will significantly contribute to revenue growth and organizational success.


Your Key Contributions:
1. Strategic Client Engagement and Sales Focus:
- Lead impactful client engagements, driving sales initiatives and cultivating partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Successfully close new pilot agreements each month to drive substantial revenue growth.
2. Sales Tools Optimization:
- Select and maintain CRM and other sales tools to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.
3. Comprehensive Sales Cycle Oversight:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from proactive prospecting to strategic deal closure, ensuring a seamless process.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Establish systems for real-time visibility of team performance and drive process improvement.
- Set understandable goals and compensate the sales team accordingly.
5. Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management:
- Maintain precise sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for strategic decision-making.
6. Data-Driven Strategies:
- Implement data-driven strategies to identify opportunities and contribute to account growth and client satisfaction.
7. Collaborative Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and accelerate the sales cycle.
8. Continuous Learning Culture:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through training programs and mentorship to enhance sales capabilities.
- Encourage ongoing learning and development to boost individual and team sales skills.
9. Innovative Sales Techniques:
- Introduce innovative sales techniques and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Your Set Up:
This role is remote with occasional operational meetups in Manila.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations management of at least 5 years, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals and drive sales initiatives.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
