Sales Representative

Responsible for efficiently processing live orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing timely support and assistance to customers throughout the ordering process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.  

What you’ll be doing:  

• Answer incoming calls from sales representatives or customers to provide them with support related to their product and service orders or any other need.  
• Ensure execution based on established process flows and procedures.  
• You will also oversee in assisting their clientele by validating their orders and proposing complementary products based on their needs.  

What we’re looking for:  

• Must be amneable to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule

• Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
• Advance computer knowledge  
• Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer  
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills  
• Sales and Telco experience (preferred)
