Job Description - Sales Admin -

LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES Position : Sales Admin
Work Hours (Client) : 9am - 5pm PST | M-F 
Holidays : All US Holidays
Pay Range : $1000 - $1400/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD Company/Client Overview: Company is the operating system for modern real estate teams. Replace spreadsheets, file sharing, and emails across your entire organization. Company is purpose built and fully customizable. We won’t ask you to replace all of your workflows just to use our system. We allow you to change anything in the operating system so that it meets your exact needs. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, the Sales Admin will be responsible for managing back-office prospecting and reporting processes for the compant Sales Team. There will be no direct client outreach. The day-to-day functionalities will include:
  • Managing lists of prospects within Apollo and Hubspot. This includes:
  • Adding new prospects as sourced via a profile outlined by Banner and found on LinkedIn Navigator. This will vary across verticals and require a high degree of coordination and organization
  • Removing irrelevant prospects
  • Enriching lead data with Apollo
  • Uploading lists to Connect & Sell powerdialer and making sure that lists stay current
  • Enroll relevant prospects into email sequences
  • These sequences will be pre-written and Banner will provide the flow chart of which candidates should be enrolled in which sequence
  • This will be tied to different SDR inboxes, so the Sales Admin will not be asked to communicate with any customers directly
  • Compile relevant sales data from Apollo, Hubspot, Connect & Sell into the relevant spreadsheets tracking sales team effectiveness on a weekly basis
  • General CRM maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 4-7 years of experience managing sales prospecting lists
  • Familiarity or a desire to learn Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Hubspot, and Connect & Sell platforms in depth
  • A focus on detail as this will require learning and applying Ideal Client Profile details to prospecting
  • A reasonable comfortableness with numbers and data - The team will do all of the analysis, but we would like somebody that can sense check numbers before putting them into a spreadsheet. 
  • A strong desire to learn
  • A high level of responsiveness
