Job Description - Sales Admin / Data Miner

Remote Employee BPO has an outstanding opportunity for you! Role: Sales Admin / Data Miner Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable). Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Philippine time Work Setup: Work from Office We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin / Data Miner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team with administrative tasks and data mining activities to identify potential leads and opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries.
Conduct data mining and research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
Analyze and organize data to create reports and presentations for the sales team.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales administration or data mining.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Adaptability to new tools and software.
Experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
Familiarity with Zoom Info, Hunter, and LinkedIn is a plus.
