Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Sales Admin & Quoting Support, you will be doing duties as a Sales Administrator will include but not be limited to:

• ● Scheduling team tasks & follow ups.
• ● Sales support - assisting sales team with information, quote building and client correspondence.
• ● System designs and scope building for project proposals.
• ● Updating CRM reports.
• ● Updating CRM data and task

Qualifications

• ● Sales admin support experience
• ● Quoting experience/knowledge
• ● Experience in Pipedrive CRM
• ● Blue beam experience nice to have
• ● Good communication skills, goo level of English
• ● Good attitude and eager to learn mentality (training provided)
