Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Scope 1. Identify areas for potential products and clients. Contacting potential supplier and clients to establish a new business relationship. 2. Develop new sales and improving sales through various methods. 3. Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business. 4. Train new salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations. 5. Lead team in product demonstrations. 6. Lead team in collaborating with technical team and or suppliers to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and or products. 7. Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep new business competitive 8. Reports and collaboration with management. Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or any related field.
2. Five years minimum experience in Pro AV is a MUST.
3. Technical experience working in the audio-visual industry to ensure the individual understands the

products and solutions and communicates their benefits. Salary Range: 70 to 100k Location: Quezon City Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00PM
