Job Description - Sales Area Manager

Job Description The Sales Area Manager is a leadership role, responsible for the overall revenue generation and operational efficiency of the trade area. This is done by engaging the Franchisees in the network to grow the business, improve the store operations and seize opportunities as it arises. Work in a company that invests in your growth. We're looking for self-driven and motivated individuals looking to make a difference for entrepreneurs in a franchise system. Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Excellence. Drives results and ensures the sustainability of business territory. Anticipates pro-actively what can go wrong and initiates intervention programs to address the potential business adversities.
Operations Excellence. Ensures that the franchisee is consistent in the
execution of the Store Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines (QSC).
Franchisee Relations Excellence. As the representative of the company, the Sales Area Manager should be able to maintain a healthy business
relationship with the Franchise partners through continuous engagement, learning and development.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Finance or any of their related fields.
With at least 3 years of experience in the field of Sales or any FMCG industry.
With at least 3 years of experience in the supervisory or client management position.
Has a strong background in store operations or account management.
Must be willing to do field work
