Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Develop customized selling strategies
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain and update sales and customer records

Qualifications:

• College level BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
• Previous work experience in aircon industry is a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in coordinating and organizing tasks.
