Our Consumer Lending Group is looking for fresh graduates and experienced professional to join us in Davao in the role of Sales Associate.

This role will involve providing crucial support to the Sales Team, encompassing tasks such as pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking, and proficiently managing loan documentation.

What the role will entail

• Support the Sales Officer in elevating the Consumer Lending Cluster to become the primary revenue generator for EW Stores in Visayas and Mindanao, solidifying the Bank's status as the preferred brand for Auto Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards.
• Assist the Sales Officer in positioning EW as the preferred choice among dealer-partners and their agents in Visayas and Mindanao.
• Collaborate with the Head of Visayas (Mindanao) Third Party Sales Agencies to establish EW as a leading institution offering Credit Cards and Personal Loans in the region, reinforcing the Bank's reputation as the top choice for Personal Loans and Credit Cards.

What were looking for

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
• Possesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.
• Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Demonstrates the commitment and flexibility to work onsite as required by the position.
