Job Description - Sales Associate Operations Manager

411 Locals, a leading Local SEO Advertising agency, is on the brink of transformation into a Full Scale Marketing Agency, and we're seeking an Associate Sales Operations Manager to lead the charge! As we embark on this exciting journey, we're looking for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Sales Associate Operations Manager orchestrating the day-to-day operations of our sales department with finesse and flair.

Here's what we're looking for:

???? You're the master of multitasking. Handling multiple sales operations tasks simultaneously is your jam.

???? Your spreadsheets are legendary. Pivot tables Macros You practically invented them.

???? You're a problem-solving ninja. Sales hiccups You've already solved them before anyone even noticed.

???? Communication is your middle name (okay, maybe not literally, but you get the idea). You know how to keep everyone in the loop and on the same page.

???? You're not just detail-oriented; you're detail-obsessed. If a T is uncrossed or an I is undotted, you can't sleep at night.

As the Associate Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the captain of our Sales Division ship, leading Sales Managers, Team Leads, Sales Agents, and our awesome administrative crew. Plus, you'll be overseeing our global sales teams, ensuring they're firing on all cylinders from the Philippines to Mexico!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Lead Accountability: You'll be the ultimate coach, ensuring our Team Leads are rocking their roles, from performance monitoring to keeping schedules on point.

Operational Task Management: Think of yourself as the conductor, making sure all operational tasks are hitting the right notes and keeping our call center floor humming along smoothly.

RACI Compliance: You'll implement and monitor our RACI matrix, ensuring everyone knows their part and our projects hit the high notes of efficiency.

SOP Adherence: We love our SOPs, and you'll be the SOP maestro, making sure everyone's dancing to the same tune and recommending any updates to keep us in sync.

KPI Performance: Dive into the data and analyze those juicy KPIs to keep our team's performance on point. If there's a gap, you'll be the one to bridge it!

Coaching and Development: Get ready to be the MVP of team development, identifying coaching needs and implementing programs to help our team grow and shine.

Project Implementation: From brainstorming to execution, you'll be the driving force behind our new projects and initiatives, making sure they hit the ground running.

Headcount Forecasting: You'll be our crystal ball, analyzing sales trends and operational needs to forecast staffing levels and keep our ship sailing smoothly.

Budget Management: Show us your financial finesse by contributing to our sales department budget and keeping a keen eye on those Profit and Loss statements.

Sales Process Optimization: Always striving for the best, you'll continuously evaluate and improve our sales strategies, processes, and systems to ensure we're hitting all the right notes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in outbound cold calling (Minimum 3 years).
  • Experience working with sales agents in the Philippines and Mexico (Minimum 2 years).
  • Familiarity with advertising products.
  • Expertise in process improvement.
  • Experience managing teams of over 200 FTEs (Minimum 5 years).
  • P&L management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

*Shortlisted candidates will have to share report templates or data analysis reports used or shared with senior management.

Work Conditions

● Remote (shift: 7am-4pm Pacific Time)

● Based on management decisions, travel requirements will be updated.

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • Performance bonus based on KPI's
