Avid is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join its Sales Finance team! You will be working closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, HR and Payroll to ensure that sales commissions are accurate, complete and paid on time. This is a great opportunity to get empowered to implement efficiencies to the existing end-to-end sales incentive process, take initiative, and provide continuous process improvements. You are a self-starter with great attention to details, ability to work independently, and a first experience in Sales Compensation? This role is for you!
This role is to be performed on a Hybrid mode by working from our office in Manila (Taguig) 2x / week. We're looking for a candidate who can work on YSA timezone (night shift - from 10pm to 7am).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Sales Compensation Analyst II will be responsible for the administration of the Worldwide Sales Compensation Plan, policies, and procedures in effect.
